What we collect
During soft opening, Maketori may store account profile details, seller profile details, imported candidate seller details, uploaded seller media, saved sellers, saved events, inquiries, messages, feedback, reports, moderation state, claim state, and basic plan state.
Instagram connection
When a seller connects Instagram, Maketori uses the official Meta Instagram flow to confirm ownership and import seller-approved media when supported. Maketori does not use unauthorized Instagram scraping.
Candidate imports and claims
Operators may upload candidate Instagram handles and seller images for soft opening discovery. Claiming a profile links that seller profile to the signed-in account after verification. Sellers can request review, correction, or removal of imported profile information.
Payments
Paid plan checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe-hosted flows. Maketori should not store raw card numbers in the browser or database.
Operator access
Operator tools are restricted to approved operator accounts. Operators may review seller approvals, claims, reports, feedback, coupon state, and soft opening support messages to keep the soft opening running safely.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and its associated profile data at any time from inside the app, under account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved items, inquiries, and messages from active use.
Soft opening limits
The soft opening is limited to the LA + OC Core area first. We may use aggregate activity signals to improve seller discovery, but individual private user details should not be shown as seller analytics. We may update this policy as the product changes.
